Approving a vendor is a point-in-time decision, but vendors change every day. Recent Events keeps watch on your tracked vendors and surfaces incidents — breaches, leaks, and vulnerabilities — so a fresh problem lands in front of you instead of going unnoticed. Recent Events with triage queue, severity mix, and an incident detail panel

Turning monitoring on

Incident monitoring is controlled per vendor by the alerts setting on your vendor list. When alerts are enabled, that vendor’s incidents appear in Recent Events and can trigger email notifications; disabling alerts silences a vendor without removing it from your list.

Email alerts and subscribers

Beyond the in-app feed, VendexLabs can email incident notifications to the right people. Alerts are granular: an alert-criteria matrix decides which event types (status changed, assessment updated, expiring soon, expired, security incident/breach) reach which recipients (compliance contact, sponsor, and the person who added the vendor), and you can add extra subscribers per list. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time. See Settings & notifications for the full alert system.
When an incident affects a vendor you’ve approved, treat it as a prompt to re-open the assessment. Monitoring is what turns a one-time approval into continuous oversight.
