Tier-weighted score
0–100
Your portfolio posture — the tier-weighted average of your vendors’ latest scores, with a breakdown by tier (Core, Standard, Minimal). This is the headline health number for your program. See Dependency tiers.

Vendors approved
count
How many vendors have reached an approved status, out of your total tracked vendors.

Active tasks
count
Open items that need action. See Tasks.

Assessment status
breakdown
A count of vendors in each approval status — Approved, Conditional Approval, In Progress, Not Started, On Hold, and Rejected.

Using it day to day

  • Start with the tier-weighted score. If it dips, open the by-tier breakdown to see whether a Core vendor is dragging it down.
  • Clear your active tasks. These are the concrete next actions in your program.
  • Scan the assessment status breakdown. A pile of Not Started vendors is a backlog; a Rejected or On Hold vendor may need follow-up.
  • Sort the monitoring table by score or tier to triage the vendors that matter most.
