Information we collect

Account and profile details (name, work email, organization), content you upload or submit in the product, and communications with us.
Usage and device data we need to run the service securely: IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and product activity logs.
Information your employer or integration partners provide when they invite you or connect systems, where applicable.

How we use information

We use data to provide, maintain, and improve VendexLabs; authenticate users; secure the platform; communicate about the product; support you when you contact us; and comply with law. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal bases such as contract, legitimate interests, or consent.
We don’t sell your personal information. Marketing communications are optional where law requires an opt-in, and you can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

Sharing & subprocessors

We share information with infrastructure and service providers who process it on our instructions (hosting, email, security tooling), professional advisors when necessary, and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety. A corporate transaction (for example, a merger) may involve a transfer of information with appropriate safeguards in place.

Data retention & deletion

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above — including legal, security, and dispute-resolution needs — then delete or anonymize it in line with our retention schedules. Deletion and export on request. You can ask us to delete or export your data, and we’ll honor the request subject to contractual and legal exceptions (for example, records we’re required to retain).
