# Reports & exports

> Produce board-ready assessment reports and export your vendor data.

VendexLabs turns the work you do in the product into artifacts you can hand to auditors, leadership, and procurement — without re-keying anything.

## Export an assessment

From a vendor's assessment, choose **Export Assessment** to generate a PDF of the full record: approval status, business context, data handling, compliance notes, the evidence list, and the decision history.

  The exported report is designed to be board- and audit-ready. It's the fastest way to answer "show me the review for this vendor" during due diligence.

## Export your vendor list

You can export your vendors to a CSV for reporting, backups, or sharing with another team. Exports mirror the columns used for [import](/guides/add-vendors), so a list exported from one place can be re-imported elsewhere.

## Keep reports current

Because assessments carry a review date and VendexLabs snapshots posture monthly, an exported report reflects a specific point in time. Re-export after you renew an approval or after a material change so the artifact matches the live record.
